Senior Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the planning, coordination, and implementation of property development projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project feasibility studies, development planning, design coordination, authority submissions, construction, and Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
- Liaise closely with local authorities, consultants (Architects, Engineers, QS), contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and monitor project master programmes, budgets, and cash flows, ensuring adherence to approved timelines and cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements, development guidelines, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimise delays, variations, and cost overruns.
- Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for Management and the Board.
- Drive continuous improvement in project planning, execution processes, and best practices across the organisation.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the project team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10–15 years’ relevant working experience in property development and/or construction, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial capacity.
- Hands‑on experience in managing landed housing, high‑rise residential, and/or commercial developments in Malaysia.
- Strong understanding of local development approval processes, including dealings with local councils, utility providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in project planning, cost control, and risk management.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.

Mall Leasing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Source for new and suitable tenants with good retail concept in line with the tenant mix planning.
- Understand market demand, perform market research and develop a feasible leasing plan.
- Develop rapport with tenants, agents, stakeholders, business partners, etc.
- Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
- Conceptualize and develop strategies, policies, projects that will improve and maximize the occupancy rate.
- Monitor tenant mix to ensure it is commercially profitable to the rental space.
- Ensure maximum occupancy of rental units at all times and high renewal rate.
- Prepare weekly activity reports and follow up on status of negotiation with tenants.
- Assist in the preparation of budget and rental plan.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams for fit-out and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Preferably with Diploma / Degree in Real Estate / Business Administration / Retail Management / Economics / Communication/ Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in related field, preferably in Shopping Mall Management, Retail, Event Management background.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
